When I go out with my male friends and they start chatting it up with a female, the female will usually ask me if he's a good guy..

Most of my "women" friends I have slept with, and yes, they make great wingmen---also, they can weed out the "bad ones"---but are very picky (jealousy?)

nope I don't think it would be jealousy. My male friends have ONLY been friends. I want whats best for them. I've been known to visit the ladies room if they are eyeing a chick. I even overheard one of the chicks saying "which dumbass" will buy us drinks. Ya damn skippy I told my friend that had his eye on her. When she came back to where we were sitting, the bartender asked if another round was in order, we said yea. The chick looked at him like "oh arn't ya getting this round". The bartender asked who's getting this, me and my friend looked at her and yup, she paid and we bounced. It was great. I don't care for women that think a dude should always pay. Fuck outta here with that bullcrap.

I have lots of female "friends", as in members of my group of friends who are female and who I've never dated or humped and have no immediate desire to, but as someone already said I would never call them up to go hang out 1-on-1 or anything like that.  I don't really hang out 1-on-1 with any of my male friends either, though.

Its been said that women view male friends like they view their women and gay friends, except you aren't gonna get to see her naked...
There is always some sort of attraction and if a woman views you as just friends (break in case of emergency), then there is something wrong with your mojo...especially if you have tons of female friends...it means that you are "safe", no better than a eunuch. All of my female friends know that they can get it (or have gotten it) and there has always been a attraction---but we are grown up to know that there are consequences for our actions---and that fire and oil, can create a bigger explosion than anticipated...
