Ron Paul: US foreign policy is an outrage
« on: April 24, 2011, 03:39:28 PM »

We've been in Afghanistan for almost 10 years now, WTF are we doing?  What is the objective?

Been in Iraq for 8 years now, why do we still have 50,000 troops there?  What is the misson?

We are now involved indefinitely in Libya.  Again, what is the exact mission/objective besides perpetual war?

Neo Cons and Bush supporters are welcome to answer.

Not his best interview.  We shouldn't have gone into Afghanistan?   ::)  He sounds very whiney when talking about foreign policy.  It's not until about 5 minutes in when he starts talking economics that his tone of voice changes, he calms down, and sounds like he is in his element.  That's his strong point.

Matthews is such a shill.

I can't believe Schiff couldn't beat Linda McMahon for that senate nomination, WTF if wrong with Connecticut?  Maybe some one will pick him for Treasury Sec.  Have read End the Fed, pretty awesome book, too bad 80% of Americans don't even know what the Fed does.

Not talking specifically about the pic but more about the comments he has made over the years. But comparing Obama, a black man, to Ron Paul, a white Christian male, is pointless as the media will treat them completely different, i.e. Ron Paul will be painted as a racist, Southern bigot.

Ron Paul isn't going to have the entire weight of the MSM behind him.

Either way, he'll never win.

True.  He's a good voice on many issues, but he will never be president.
