earthworms as a kid, and chocolate grasshoppers. And recently, those big ass woodgrubs (beetle grubs), taste nasty as shit and gooey inside---I thought I should have cooked them---maybe would have tasted like shellfish...
I did it out of curiosity after watching Man vs Wild....never again

BTW, people who tend to have seafood allergies, also have them with insects
