I've said it a million times and I'll keep sayin' it again, and again, and again ... Phillip Heath has one of the worst physiques I've ever seen. Absolutely terrible and depressing to look at. IFBB ... what the hell is wrong with you guys ? This man is not " The Gift ". He just receives them.

I am obviously exagerating ... but you and I know that 80-120 iu's x a few times a day = a LOT

I am guessing also that Phil eats ussually alot less clean than people think (carbing on junk after the slin shot due to the sheer amount of calories)

I think so.  I think the protein in 100g of chicken (~30 g) is also quite a bit higher than something like salmon (~21g).  Also Jay's probably full of shit.

Salmon also tastes infinitely better imho.

If Phil has one of worst physiques, then what is Branch's? Phil is no Flex, but compared to Branch he is...Unfortunately is about the best we have on the Pro circuit today...sad isn't it?
