With regards to your genetics, one thing is obvious: There are thousands upon thousands of teen-aged athletes, around the world, who don't bodybuild and yet have a
much greater level of development than you display. All the more so as you're sub-6'. Compared to your average 18-year old High School running back, you are very thin and stringy-looking. Sorry.

But if you keep hitting the weights with consistency and determination, I'm sure that you'll eventually reach a respectable level of development... It might take a while, but you'll get there. Your genetics are poor, but they shouldn't stop you from doing something you enjoy.
