Are Jays arms OIL filled? or just lack of vascularity?

he has always had ripped bicep when he does a front double bicep



but the outside of his arm looks funky, i tried finding pics of him when he has young, and he still had the funky look

I definitely think he's using something, be it synthol site injections or whatever. But I think overall, Jay just has a very watery look. Even in 2001 when he was probably in his best ever stage condition, his lower back was holding the Pacific Ocean within. He's never really gotten a freaky ripped look onstage. In one of his videos he had an insane amount of cuts and definition but I think that was 2006 and he claimed to get sick a few days prior hence why he was so smooth onstage.

the IFBB has various policies--they just pick and choose which ones to follow...or create their own when you criticized the head honchos...
