It seems like every time I see one of these clowns at the gym, they're lifting with shit intensity and zero weight.
Let's face it,
most of these guys are diet and drugs...pretending to be better than the next guy through heavy drug use...nothing more.
I'm talking of guys 270+lbs doing 180lbs on lat pull downs, working on the "mind muscle" connection.

More like ass/needle connection.
