I don't think I would.

I have no concept of that amount of money so it means very little to me. Plus at over 350lbs I would look a mess!

40% is a bit steep.  10% on 1 million, 5% on 10 million.  If you won't take it, I'm sure I won't have to go far to find another consultant.  ;D
