They have a fitness expo in Sydney each year and I go to have a look at the gym equipment on display. I went on a Saturday and the place was packed with the general public, muscleheads,

wannabes, and fitness gals.

I saw a guy being interviewed on stage so got a quick photo. The two gals on stage were hot! Look at the flotsam in the audience. I didn't go up to say hello to this former champion. He came to my gym

in Sydney about 15 years ago.

I spoke to him years ago when i phoned his old Temple Gym. it was just luck i had him on the phone. He was really a nice guy who made time and answered my questions. a great bloke.

Here is a Lifefitness chest press. Streamlined version of the Hammer machine. The movement felt okay but I didn't put much weight on it. I prefer weight stacks to all the clanging when changing plates.

Here are a couple more photos. I didn't bring my DSLRs with me because the weather was overcast. Had to make do with my G10 compact.
