im 4 weeks out from my goal right now and i have veins running accross my obliques, shoulders- all heads- and thru my back. but the problem is now my skin is so thick around and below my bellybutton is makes me look a lot less lean than i am- and i understand a lot of that is water, and i'll be dropping my gh in less than 2 weeks, and am considering cardio now as well. i swithced to the low dose prop/tren/mast run that you suggested and it has solved a lot of my water issues, even after a huge re-carb. now i dont hold water in my mid section like i used to, and i think that has a lot to do with getting into the 6% range now. my goal is sub 5% and i have 4 weeks left.

so, what can be done to tigthen up the skin in this area. i know its a skin thing, and not necessarily a bf thing, so im not about to cut my cals drastically and lose a shit ton of lean.

any tips or ideas, is is it just time that will tighten it up?

It's hard to tell from these pics, because his body looks so different from one photo to another.

Looks a little heavy in the pecs. Very smooth.

yup your right. i was ignorant for several years, thinking 'being big' was better than 'being in shape' and im paying for it now. but the cool thing is i got nothing but time to get that little trouble spot off, whereas you'll have a lifetime of having a shitty body.

He comes off as very believable in his fight scenes, especially in the one where he gives the "500" speech.

IMO, his physique suits him perfectly for his roles, as does Jason Stathams.

Jason looks fucking badass in Death race when he is in his prison cell chinning (from the back) insane that he doesnt get more attention for his conditioning and fighting (fight scene) skills.

I always told people, don't confuse being skinny with being ripped. A guy who is 5'8" and weighs 200lb with 5 percent bodyfat is ripped. A guy who is the same height and waights 180lbs soaking wet is a skinny ectomorphic punk.

Can you post pics of the sorts of physiques you are referring to?

The first guy you're describing would almost be as big as Shawn Ray. The second would be more like Rambo in top condition. (Or about 3 kilos lighter than Frank Zane in top condition)

Vin has the right amount of muscle to get women and men.

While having a 6-pack is always impressive, you would be surprised as to how little of an effect it has when a man or woman decides to be with you.

Personality, career, money, height and power (or the presumption of it) makes a world of a difference.

While Vin can probably get many women based off of his acting career, without the influence of Hollywood alone, his look and personality can probably still get him many women and men.

He isn't a pretty guy, but the man has sex appeal.
