Not a real great movie, but you gotta admit that some of the stunt work in Fast Five was downright spectacular even if some of it was performed inside a studio with a blue screen background.
Stealing those cars from that fast moving train convinced me that they did a damn good job and that scene where the guys drive the car off the cliff into the water was a stuntman's wet dream and the guys who did that should get lots of credit.
Even that scene that shows Waller and Diesel falling with, and jumping from, that car convinced me that they really did it but we all know that's impossible. Even if they wanted to do it, the insurance companies would shut the set down.
I'm definitely not a fan of these kinds of movies and hate it when millions of bullets come a flying without making contact, but I sort of enjoyed this one and was looking forward to seeing how they would steal the money ... although it ended up being pretty damn stupid.
If you plan to see this one, I suggest you see the IMAX version. That's probably the main reason we stayed once we realized that we were in the wrong theater.
