What did Chad say about today's crop of competitors not bringing it anymore?

still, it's a pro win, and it's an O qualification. When they're onstage at the Olympia, won't matter how they got there.

Won't matter how they got there, but do some of them deserve to be there over a better bodybuilder that placed 7th or 4th at contests that had a much tougher lineup?

Perhaps those 4th and 7th place guys should have chosen their shows a little smarter next time...?

Well said Bob there are so many poor shows these days, it's not like they don't have many to pick from.

Which only emphasizes the point that if some of these "names" would choose more wisely, there wouldn't be any poor shows, right?

You have little guys like Namat saying it costs way too much money to even win a 202 show, so no matter what people say MONEY does come into it.10k 15k shows should be gone it's 2011 not 1978.And before you type "they DON'T do it for the Money" cancel all cash shows and see how it goes. They might not be too smart but they are not that Dumb.

we can see how it goes right now...the NPC has never been bigger, and pays a big fat O. The smaller shows are stepping stones to hopeful bigger paydays for those who aspire to climb the ladder.... no one ever got into BB for the money...and many athletes have bonus clause in their contracts that pay a percentage or match prize money...so a 10k check can turn into 15-20k quickly...

to each their own...for some, it isn't worth it. everyone needs to prioritize for where they are in their life, career, etc. for a guy like Flex Lewis, it's been a good decision with a contract, guest appearances, winning shows, etc.
