I'm used to it, it takes around 11-2 days to fully rest and be ready to train hard again.
Does anyone have anything that could help speed it up? Once it goes it just seems time, no matter what, good cause you still grow, sucks cause the feeling of tight skin all day from training is lost and that's such a great feeling.
Do you feel like blood is rushing into your muscles?
That you muscles get a really tight feeling, like your skin is going to explode any minute, and it's really tight - it's like somebody blowing air into it, into your muscle? does it just blows up, and it feels really different?
It feels fantastic. Is it as satisfying as coming is, you know? As, ah, having sex with a woman and coming.
Do you also feel your in heaven?
