Bush/Mccain believed killing OBL in Pakistan would lead to a war

Didn't Obama take a lot of flak for promising to send troops into Pakistan to kill Bin Laden?  We had choppers landing and shooting dozens of people, less than 2000 feet from the Paki version of West Point.  I mean, imagine if China unannounced landed a plane 2000 feet from West Point, New York, and killed 30 Americans to get someone they had on their hit list?

Was Obama right to make this move?   Will Bush and Mccain be proven right, that Paki will now start a war with us?  Obviously they were hiding his ass... superfortified fortress built in the middle of military city... they knew and protected him.

Yeah, but what they were talking about isnt the same as what happened. If I remember correctly, they were talking about sending large amounts of troops into Pakistan to look for him, with or without any actionable intelligence, which basically would have been a foreign invasion of a soverign country with nuclear weapons. Ofcourse, technicly speaking in the most strict narrow terms, what occured does indeed consititue a foreign invasion, but practically speaking, sending only 30 Navy Seals units isnt any where near the same thing.
