but for me words can seriously not encapsulate the respect and admiration i have for milos and hide. (no homo) i had heard that milos spent time in jail over some debacle regarding his wife conspiring against him, causing financial stress for him, and framing him with battery or something. it's all very unfortunate.

Hi all! Its Hide Yamagishi here.

I am not sure if you guys know it but IFBB legend and one of the best trainer in this industry, and my very first coach, Milos Sarcev is in Jail and waiting for the trial. I just got his letter and he wanted me to post here that he is very happy to get the letter from anyone here.

He has been in and out of there for several time in last year and he said this is his 4th time... I guess many of you guys saw or heard about him or his trouble. I believe he is innocent and all of you ever met or even train with Milos would be same as me. He is a great guy! H owever, It does not mean nothing to discuss if he is guilty or not now... anyone before been sentenced is innocent (don't know how to express in English).

He said You can even ask him some bodybuilding advice in your letter (Note: Jail guard will read it before he gets it). He also said it would be so appreciated if you could send him some reading materials such as paperback book or magazine (he is bored to death!). I just sent him some books.

Why , He is is in Jail again. What is the charges, if he innocent , then must be out of the jail. We pray, God will help him to be out of the jail. He was a great bodybuilder, and a coach, why , he is spoiling his achievement.

This is really unfortunate. Anyone who has had the pleasure of knowing Milos would know how selfless he really is. I had the pleasure of working part time in his gym while in college and never had a bad experience with the guy. He helped everyone for FREE.... and was really knowledgeable and passionate about diets, training, supplements and all sorts of other stuff.

Cant wait till we hear he has been exonerated. Dont give up Milos!

yes milos does as you say but only so he can here himself talk and know that nobody is going to verbally challenge or question any of his methods .....

Such compassion for a guy who often charged $500 an hour and for what, do as many reps as you can until you fall over yeah the guy is a GENIUS just ask the Prosecution.

My advice to everyone is to stay out of courts and hospitals! We watch TV shows about courts all the time but the reality is you seldom get justice through them. You get what the bloody system decides to give you. It is usually nothing like what you think you deserve. I don't like or trust lawyers and judges used to be lawyers so that just about says it all.

From what I have gathered from things Milos has posted I would say Milos is a victim of trusting his wife too much and she has transferred most of the family assets away from him over the last decade. She forged his signature and sold things to other people and he was completely oblivious of what was going on. Thus, when he went back to his gym he discovered he was no longer the owner. Probably ditto for his home. If this is true then of course he could be arrested for trespassing or whatever else she wanted to charge him with. Who would blame him for being monumentally pissed off?

I honestly don't trust human beings. The closer you are in a relationship the more careful you have to be. That also means that most of us are capable of doing similar things if put in similar circumstances.

So, trust in God but tie your camel. Humans have evolved large brains because other humans are tricky and those who are smarter have an advantage.

Milos swears he is innocent of all charges and can explain what happened. That isn't always good enough when it comes to judges and courts. I don't like his chances but I do not know the particulars so all of this is pure speculation. Milos did post about what had happened to him on his site but he sure sounds over the top emotionally and who can blame him. It is all unbelieveable. I honestly feel sorry for him and his daughter.
