i'm not saying its a bad thing you can see it, i'm just saying that from pics it looks larger than any I've seen on a woman (that wasn't covered in fat - guess there could be some hogs with mastodon rib cages out there).  It's a compliment.  In his book, all Arnold talks about is doing pullovers to increase the size of the rib cage.  Also means your heart has plenty of room to be as big as Secretariats or the filly that lost the Breeders cup last year.

 No definition, no cuts or vascularity. Definitely high bodyfat. Not good shape. All he's got is some mass, but the mass isn't even too impressive.

 The total package is a FAIL.

 That sideways hat wearing manboy douchebag, he dresses like a 15 year old Lil' Wayne fan.

 I can't believe this is the guy who talks shit on here like he's some kind of boss. What a fucking joke.
