Cutting diet --> zero libido!!

Okay, so i've been doing a 1500 calorie "clean" diet for 3/4 years, no simple sugars, 150g carbs, fish oil, flax seed oil etc. Natural. And nowadays i have zero sex drive towards my wife, we are 2gether for almost a decade... What do u guys recommend?

- some tribulus supp?
- watching porn without cracking 1 off?
- start permabulking?
- leaving wife and find new ho?

bulking 2-3 weeks , carbs will restart thyroid function, you been too severe for way too long

dieting with carb 20 weeks max ,, ket0 12 weeks

eat mass keto , will b a strategical rebound , you will built mass and dont stop til everything back to normal

 double food right now , libido is first , depression is next

 dont take this lightly

This was my first thought.  Doesn't seem unreasonable that an endocrine imbalance from being wildly obese might hang on after 'the weight' goes.  On the other hand, maybe he's just 3 years late with the 7 year itch.  

OP, you horny at all?  Is it just the missus that leaves you cold?  Might not be a physical issue at all... but if it's drugs you want then shoot some HCG.

1500 Kcal for a average male is very low. You sound like you may rushed things and dropped your calories too low, too quick.

Nature will bite back (Starving animals don't breed) it's natures way of protecting you really - as a cave man breeding during a famine would put you in danger as you would not have the resources to feed young  etc. so you naturally shut down. Women stop menstrating when dieting too or getting below a Bodyfat setpoint if they crash diet and overdo cardio- same thing

I'd start by taking in at least 2500 kcal a day and adding in a refeed day once a week (increase calories) increase your healthy fats and carbs by 50% at least, you're eating way too little. Get extra sleep/Naps if you can and back off too much intense prolonged cardio. do short intense weight training 3x a week and don't be afraid to take rest days.

may take you a few weeks till your 100% back on line.

It's 9 months, not years and i am not starving, suffering at all. That's why i keep doing it, it's comfortable, i am in shape etc. But as i see, there is no other way but to start eating more...

"clean" doesn't mean anything anymore. You need saturates for proper testosterone production and carbohydrates also help give you proper hormonal function. If you're going to eat hardly anything all the time at least do 2000 calories with a few 2500 calorie days a week. You can be no bigger than about 140lbs I'm guessing on those calories.

Go to McDonalds and buy/eat a Double Quarter Pounder.

A few things will happen.

You'll get much hornier. You'll wake up looking bigger and leaner.

You'll realise eating clean is bullshit when you are very lean and training hard.

You won't get fat. You don't have to eat them all the time. But you will have to eat them at times (maybe every 4-5 days, maybe once a week who knows) and eat clean around them. You will probably end up bigger, leaner and stronger overall in a few months.

The hardest part is doing it. Tell me this 10 years ago i wouldn't listen, i would've thought i would just get fat. But give it a go once, you have zero sex drive you have to try something.

I would also take some Omega 6 oils (rather than just Flaxseed which is Omega 3). I'm talking Evening Primrose Oil or Safflower Oil. I noticed a drastic difference when i added these in, i was getting plenty of Omega 3's and not enough 6's.

It's not the carbs. I used to eat 400+ grams a day and now i eat like 20-30 and when i eat clean meals i eat clean fats. Carbs are fucking bullshit they bloat you and make you feel tired.

not 2 years, 3/4 year. And I wouldn't say I am "ripped", I only have abs when I flex them. :)

Try Tribulus and also balance your Omega 3 and Omega 6. A good fats ratio will produce more testosterone. Stress can also be causing this. Get more sleep. At least 8-9 hours per night.
