Yesterday was,
egg mcmuffin and a hashbrown
burger
salad
couple pieces of prime rib
piece of chicken marsala
couple of bbq ribs
string beans
cake
lots of beer and a couple vodka drinks


.....I love golf outings :)



No chicken parm pizza?  :'(

yesterday:
snickers bar and coffee

shrimp and cottage cheese

hamburger patty and green beans

peanut butter and jelly sandwich and glass of skim milk.....post workout

keeping cals low.....dropped some serious body fat in the last 60 days

mentzer type diet.....nothing super strict....but the cals are low enough that the body fat is coming off and waist is getting smaller......just as strong and mass is actually going up somewhat. The tren acetate is helping out too.

Does drinking diet sodas still gives you headaches? When I started drinking them I used to get headaches and dizziness but I don't feel that shit anymore. So now for me: diet soda = winning

Yes! we had a discussion in the nutrition board a while back..

No, no headaches...maybe i got used to it?  :)

I still get headaches when i drink coke light or zero but not with pepsi max.  :-\

1.-Helps to keep blood sugar levels stable
2.-Helps to keep metabolism moving
3.-Helps in keeping a smaller waistline
4.-Better absorption of nutrients,and improved assimilation of nutrients
5.-Better overall digestion
6.-More energy and lack of sluggishness-due to overeating at each of your 3 so=called meals
7.-You should never leave the table feeling totally satiated/full unless you are a kid bulking up to gain weight......smaller meals help here also

Personally I think because it`s a lot easier to eat 3 meals than it is 6 or more, comes down to laziness or a lack of dedication.
