Up at 6am. Had some oats, 6 eggs and a cup of Joe.
Since I'm off today I had some chicken and rice at 10am where it's usually only tuna/turkey sandwiches at work.
Steak and greens for lunch at 1pm.
Slept to 3:30pm
Protein shake and coffee just now. Leaving for gym soon. Shake straight after training with creatine and glutamine sprinkled in. Two bananas with it.
Chicken and pasta when I get back.
Probably a tiny bit of oats with whey before bed so I don't wake up during the night starving.
