yeah, my bad. Way too many sets of bar curls. Hell of a workout though, I drunkenly anabolicly walked in to this fucking goth club hardcore gym last night and had a hell of a night with some freaky vampire looking chick workout with my spandex clad training partner.

I`m training for a contest so I pretty much eat the same 5-6 meals per day with slight variations.

Pretty boring but tastes good `cause I get so fucking hungry.

I had some. Think the oats gave me gas but worth it for the roidesque gains.

Breakfast: bong hits and redbull
Lunch: bong hits and gatorade.
dinner: Making a pot roast with slab bacon, beef shoulder, spring onions, carrots, wine, medjool dates and roasted leeks.  Sweet Potato souffle, and maybe sweet potato creme brulee for dessert if I can find my torch.

This is the ticket right here maybe throw some green beans for fiber at night other than than good to go. The late-night snack is the key to dialing in.  ;D
