Your best workout advice...
« on: May 04, 2011, 03:11:12 PM »
Everyone needs advice once in a while, as some advice is worth remembering. If you were to give one piece of workout advice, what would it be?

HIT is not better than high volume training. Nor is high volume training better HIT. So which is better?

Neither. And both.

Consistency is key!

Even if you don't feel like lifting, instead of skipping a work out you can just go in and try to bullshit around with the weights, sometimes while there you may just get that stroke of motivation and end up having an awesome work out!
