I agree to some extent.

it's easy to gain "weight", I could get up to 260 fucking easily if I wanted

but it would not be a pretty 260 at all

it doesnt matter because when it' a year your holding it , it look better n you handle it well , at your height it 300 not less , tall n long legs ,,

full up with food

Stavio's structure seems to be able to carry a lot of muscle..hes tall and wide.

I am not "that" tall, I just have super long limbs.
Legs and arms are way too long for my body, so I need to get to 250+ in good condition, or 300 maybe Like Benoit said but 300 must feel like death

I will be very happy with a solide 240, wich is already much bigger than I am now

I shot 15iu of Humalog before training, feel awesome

already getting swole, I drank a lot of water with it too to attain maximum fullness

usually in 3-4 days I should have gained 10 lbs already of glycogen and water retention

Why wouldn't you shoot Humalog after you train when you are more depleted and can pound more carbs/protein.
