Oh and free tidbit here, regarding blood pressure. 10mgs ED of Cialis will do the trick. It causes vasodilation and in that low of a dose erections will not be much of an issue but it will lower blood pressure.

I never mesure shit, last time I had them mesure were a few years ago when I had a trainer and he was mesuring them every month while checking my bodyfat with the caliper
