I prefer log bro. I also use Waxy Maize with Dextrose mixed in my 32 oz Powerade as my simples. You need to find what works for you in relation to this. What works for me won't work for you and vice versa. Just make sure you have the right amount of simples and bring extra in case you go hypo. I always let a trusted bro in the gym know that I am on pre-workout slin just in case. That guy just might save your life. Also get your post workout meals in check after the PM workout to avoid a case of "reactive hypoglycemia." This happens more than you actually hear about.Good luck......

stay leaner on long acting. no need for extra carb intake. and ti works all day long, instead of just a couple hours.
