Injected my arms after a long time today.

Felt great.

Those fuckers must have broken the 18.5 mark today.

Now, seriously..the pump I had was unbelieveable..still have it after hours of training..

The next day is always the most painful one. My arms are so sore I cant move them, and its not from the training.

I used a 23 needle. 1,5 ml in each bi.

lol 23 is the "normal" for me  I just want to make sure that the last drop of oil stays deep in there.

Too scared to try tris...I dont know..it just seems to me that the needle will hit the bone. lol

first time i tried arms inject this winter, did 1.5cc in each biceps+triceps.arms were pumped up the next day but i couldnt move them .. couldnt put a shirt on either haha

Too scared to try tris...I dont know..it just seems to me that the needle will hit the bone. lol

hoesntly, i used to think the same as you, i was always terrified of hitting a nerve too...

all i did was pick a spot directly under my bicep peak, let my arm drop and inject with arm hanging, altho i know guys who shoot with the arm in the air

i only tried as i was messing around after reading all the seo articles, wouldnt consider buying any if i couldnt stand the shots in the 1st place, still havent bought any but might one day

you shot too low, you have to shoot near the shoulders so it doesn't create  inflamation near the joints

I think that inflammation will happen if you shoot too low in the quads and not deep enough as well... Something about the oil runs down into the knee... Anyone ever pin their traps?

Hows better to hit the bis or tris, Flexed or relaxed?

I was thinking of trying with flexed bis the next time, to spot and hit the peak better...Im afraid though it might be painful.

Yes haha I use 23g for everything but have never done arms , was thinking about starting but thought i'll get some 25g's haha

haha shoot 3cc of whatever in each myself and go do some 21's on the barbell curl

the next morning do a double biceps in the mirror and you will shit yourself at the bicep peak
