Jay has relative small clavicles too, it's all balloony muscle without serious foundation, and yes, I saw Jay in person.

He's a foot wider than anyone (except Ruhl) who's ever stepped on stage. How can you say he has narrow clavicles?

He is wide because of his mass in the delts & back, but not in his clavicles (just by observing the bones). This results in a artificial wide look.
Guys like Ruhl, Dillet, Coleman and Stubbs are blessed exceptions, but Jay has only the artificial muscle mass.

I was gonna post scanned pics of the Flex magazine that from 2006, that showed him going thru a arm routine---this photoshoot was captured on film for his first DVD...it shows the striations in his tris and bis, and well developed bracs and forearms---you can't get that from synthol or seo...

Runner up according to the IFBB(!). At least a Mr 'O should have BALANCE and FOUNDATION. Phil has none of those qualities. Get over that hating thing, has nothing to do with it.

Don't be surprised if he never wins the Olympia.  He places well because he's a good bodybuilder, but he has a serious structural flaw that is always working against him.  Phil's success is in the hands of the competition.

why does everyone put an "a" at the end of different BB drugs?!? its INSULIN, GROWTH HORMONE ETC..  there is no "a" at the end... seems like alot here like to copy the so called god of hormones on here
