241 too low , need refeed , then day after will look weight scale

yah i drop 7000 calories to 5000 , right away , to no cardio , to deadlift cardio and hiit outside sprint , you need gabba , piracetam n phenibut to adapt a stress like this , i like fast prep , no life n go 200% at 300%mph ,

then off season it all you can get eat buffet keto mass

in off season was traning one day on - one day off - full cns recovery , now on prep i go gym 12 times a week

was full carb full food , eat anytime , to 8 meal keto , it all unwanted water retention lost , that why keto for me in 4 weeks i look like someone totally different

glute shots that b at one week out , let's say im 8% , i be at 6% at 4 weeks , drop test enter tren ace 3 weeks out lost 10 pounds , start effidrine n tren boom nail condition , you never really adapt to low digits , you fell great , you fell fine , right after contest i carb load , i look good about 12 hours lol

this is not 20%,,i told you fellas before bodybuild do not walk around 20% ,,what he is is 12-13% while holding lots of water,,

bodybuild on so much drugs can nto and will never be 20% not even close,, when bodybuild is truly 20% he stop looking hard and dense since muscle cover by too much fat,,the fella in the video = hard and dense ,, the gut is from insulina ,,again you confuse fat and water retention ,,

any one who can allow themselves to eat 5000 calories a day first of use lots of hormones and i mean LOTS and second feed a very fast metabolism ...most fitness models pros eat maybe 1800-2000 calories a day and you see what they look like on mag ...bodys to dream of even before the air brush touch,,a fella who eat anywhere around 4000-5000 calories is always low doubles to mid singles later on in prep,,this is also why he can cut down the bodyfat so fast...because its mainly water,,,

to really drop down 15% bodyfat woudl cost severely in muscle loss,,bodybuild do nto gain too much fat,,,the only one who really went out of wack and gained some fat was kamali btu even he was sitting 14-15%

remember the definition i gave you ,,BLOOFY = WATER RETENTION AND ESTROGEN HEAVEN = LOSS OF LINES = ILLUSION OF BEING FATTER THAN YOU ARE
