this is not 20%,,i told you fellas before bodybuild do not walk around 20% ,,what he is is 12-13% while holding lots of water,,
bodybuild on so much drugs can nto and will never be 20% not even close,, when bodybuild is truly 20% he stop looking hard and dense since muscle cover by too much fat,,the fella in the video = hard and dense ,, the gut is from insulina ,,again you confuse fat and water retention ,,
any one who can allow themselves to eat 5000 calories a day first of use lots of hormones and i mean LOTS and second feed a very fast metabolism ...most fitness models pros eat maybe 1800-2000 calories a day and you see what they look like on mag ...bodys to dream of even before the air brush touch,,a fella who eat anywhere around 4000-5000 calories is always low doubles to mid singles later on in prep,,this is also why he can cut down the bodyfat so fast...because its mainly water,,,
