If you're into having the inside of your car look like an 1980s bar.

Out of curiosity I went on pagani's website... and clicked on the history link.

Check out what Pagani was doing in 1977

nothing about that interior is minimalistic, I have a headache just looking at the interior of that car!
Minimalist in terms of materials---exstensive use of carbonfiber, the use of what I believe is lightweight billett aluminum. Look at the exposed a/c vents, exposing the gear linkage---making the interior like a skeleton---bare essentials.

Ever seen a accident where the driver is wearing the mustang emblem from the steering wheel on his forehead?

my cus knows someone the knock his ass out.
non-tilt wheel, lap belts, and no metal partition between gas tank and trunk are unsafe. These are fixed easy by aftermarket parts the retain the look and feel of the car.  but regardless , still the best looking interior and driver centric interior ever.

there was a guy at MD Shock Trama that had the center of the steering wheel basically implanted in his forehead due to a crash---I used to work with the President of the Maryland Chapter of Shelby...loved the GT350...and the interior

one of my fondest memories was visiting my granpa in VA and riding in his 67 Impala coupe...I remember the inside, the mats, the gearshift, and the sound of it accellerating up a hill..

Agreed...if you look at the interior of old cars, especially ones that haven't been restored, you get a very visual sense of style---soul as you said... Your eyes play with the various contours...and it's the simplicity of design---function

It's an Italian thing, they always do funny stuff with the doors. The first time I got in a 512 Berlinetta Boxer I was stuck in it for a few minutes trying to find the damn door handle.

You must've not sat in one to realize that the seat moves in one direction and you feel like harming someone after a 10 minute ride.

sorry, that thing is horrific. the dash looks like some alien ready to snatch your face off.  Not the most inspiring interior I've seen.

If you are tall-ish your seat setting will be to roll the seat all the way back, so your only option is to make it go forward, you can't change the angle of the back or height etc.. only back and forth

Inside of the 67 Impala...

i bought my dad a 67 chev impala SS 8 years ago. main differences between his and this one is this one has a tach, both a center console shift- 2 speed auto, and the SS is power windows and has SS badges on the dash and door panels.
