The difference between an athlete and a bodybuilder

The next time some see's or hear of a bodybuilder complain that he can't compete due to a cold, flu, hang nail or other wise the day of a show, they should refer to this.....

Rondo could have used the excuse of his DISLOCATED ELBOW to not come back into the game.....but he toughed it out. It wasn't a matter of athletic performance.

Cory Everson once competed in the 1985 Olympia with a hairline stress fracture in your leg. She danced her way on stage to a 1rst place victory. True athletic performance right there and another fail for the coach  ;D

I'm talking about punking out the day of a show. I will say though, not everyone would have done what Rondo did and Kobe in the first round of the playoffs rolled his ankle and stayed in the game when they wanted to pull him.

it really doesn't compare...toughing it out is the mark of any good athlete....got nothing to do with how one LOOKS on stage, which is what competitive BB is all about.

It's a pageant where instead of getting rewarded for looking attractive you get rewarded for looking grotesque.

The ones with tarted up little girls are better.
