sure the leaner look is cooler but we are not machines.. i mean at least for me i like to always change my shape, size.. etc.. my last goal was to lift heavy as i was doing in my early-mid 20s and i achieved it in a good way.. last year i was lean.. my current goal now is to be around 78 kg without losing much of my strength because at this weight i look good with abs..

i am not saying that age is not an important factor but seriously i still haven't felt any change... may be later but till now i feel i am still the same.. i was 25 when i was 85 kg before and i didn't look anything better than my current 85 kg shape.. i dont think 32 is that old and sure we are not all the same..

as for my hair i feel it has become a little thicker when i eat more

not only to be stronger but just for change.. as a natural who has been training for so many years it's very boring to look the same all the time.. new goals and new shapes make things more interesting.. but when one day i feel my strength is not as my peak i will try to keep the learner look the rest of my life..
