no appetite
« on: May 09, 2011, 05:13:34 AM »
I just came off a long keto diet and am bulkng with 3500 clean cals per day. The first two days were fine but now it's horrible especially in the morning... Does keto shrink your stomach or something?  Because I have a very large appetie normally....now I feel like I'm gonna vomit as I type
I'm also about to run a shit load of anadrol in the next week or so I'm really gonna be fucked >:(  How can I get the cals in?

thanks

You can also add a couple of tablespoons of healthy oils throughout the day: olive oil, coconut oil, walnut oil, etc.
These oils a calorically very dense and even carry some health benefits.

Start on the low end, though to assess tolerance.
Depending on your sensitivity, too much at once can have a laxative effect.

Excellent advcice, Monte, my thoughts exactly.  When the appetite fails, go for compact calories but with a purpose.

Thanks!
A lot of guys don't realize, too, that healthy dietary fats can have a positive influence on their body's own sex hormones.
Testosterone is a lipid-soluble, cholesterol derivative.
Eating good fat sources will optimize natural hormone levels.

Consume some dark, leafy green veggies & maybe supplement with Zinc, and you should suppress a little bit of aromatase conversion, too.
