For me there is nothing better. Taco Tuesday is everyday in my house. Whether it be a taco or burrito the possibilities are endless. El Niño Burrito, Burrito De-Lite, Buffito, Banderito Burrito, Volcano Burrito, Beef and Crunchy Burrito, Bean Burrito, etc.etc. WOW!!!

Mexican Food is my favorite. If you make your own Falls, you ever try shredded meat tacos or enchiladas or burritos. Better than ground meat or anything

I have never tried that...Sitting at work starving. It's like prison food around here....

I love beef burritos,they are the best.I eat graound turkey tacos once a week and i have 10 of them they are delicious.

Yeah, I do spare ribs in the crock and they turn out great. I think I'll give it a try.

Here's a great trick for tacos, burritos, etc..

For yummy shredded beef tacos, take a bottom roast (depending on how many people are eating, bigger bottom is better in this case

)

Take bottom roast, a FEW dashes of low sodium soy sauce and THEN sprinkle some garlic salt or fresh garlic chopped up and it cooks all day on low. Carefully take the roast apart, shred with two forks and BINGO.

If you like Pork tenderloin or turkey tenderloin, get a bottle of goya citrus marinade and repeat with the crock pot.

Assemble as you like.

For tacos, I use romaine lettuce in lieu of corn or flour tortilla shells

I use taco seasoning on my eggs every morning and make burritos once or twice a week, chicken or beef its all good.

If I go somewhere to like a bbq or party or what have you, I make Flautas.

Prepare the roast as above. Once the meat is done, fry up corn tortillas. Fry them enough to be crispy but not break because you will be rolling them.

Take the shredded meat, place portion (use your eye) and roll up and stick a toothpick in it. Repeat till done. Now if you are taking these somewhere, make sure there is an oven. Before these are put in the oven, sprinkle cheese on top. You may want to put a little on the inside with meat if that's your desire
