14 weeks out... looken pretty fat here. A little worried but my closest advisors aren't and think im fine. I spent a few weeks trying to atleast touch 208 or greater before dieting back down. I got there the other night.... im hoping i can grow into a larger weight. I am really liking the dorian yates side tri so i made a tribute. Time to turn my foods from dirty to clean. Going to try about 3200 calories this year and see how that works. Last year i went to 2700. 14 weeks out from the State show. 17 from the other.

Yes... I do my own diet program and everything. Noel just gives me suggestions for the most part and is there for me when i start going psycho and get too hard// down on myself. I actually need him. He also tells me what i should do with my water etc... usually i want to go overboard and do something crazy if i listen to the wrong people. Basically having him is like having me train myself in a clear state of mind. Great relationship there.

Here is where i was at last year at 17 weeks out. I was much leaner but only got up to around 195-200. I am hoping i can be atleast 190 this year dieted down... i can usually squeeze some last minute growth in as i diet down. I seem to only grow when i diet... never knew why.

Indeed. Things might be slightly disappointing this year. The unemployment for 3 months, mono, etc.. did not further my cause. I hate to make excuses so i want to see if i can't pull this one out and impress getbig again. This is my competition for the year. He will be hard to beat. If i don't end up heavier or atleast bigger looking at the same weight im going to be tempted to throw this year in the gutter.

I agree... Focused on it all year. I've done heavy, light, etc... All the weight just ends up in my delts. It looks thick from the side but when i hit a front lat spread it disappears and looks thin. $:-\$

if you could only grow this same way...but for that you need to start doing exactly opposite of what noelie tell you ,,no serious bodybuilder had guru back in the day ,,you need to know YOURSELF what you do from your own trial and error,,

you will be a pro and GOOD pro if putting on 20lb of this quality,,you will be pro at 200lb maybe even slightly lighter,,

very impressive when in condition just 20 lb over tad bit of muscle diameter on each muscle,,right now you wipe floor with 250lb fellas
