Squatting 3 x week? Seems a bit much to me....my entire body is trashed for 3/4days after a squat w/o...what is your typical squat w/o? just curious
3 x per week is doable, my current routine is roughly like this

snatch, work up to 4 x 3 @ 85 percent
clean, work up to 4 x 2 @ 80 percent
front squat, easy 4 x 3 or so
wed
clean and jerk, work up to 4 x 2 @ 90 percent
snatch, work up to 4 x 2 @ 80 percent
back squat, work up to a heavy triple
fri
snatch, work up to 4 x 3 @ 85 percent
clean, work up to 4 x 1 @ 90 percent
pulls or presses
sat
clean and jerk, work up to a heavy single
snatch, work up to 3 x 3 @ 80 percent
front squat, work up to a heavy single
