Was just wondering if I should take advantage of this? Mind you I'm not addicted to anything, except for Tacos but I thought it would be a good way to "refresh" and recharge the battery. Maybe take some personal inventory and get my perspectives in order, clear the head and re-think some new ideas.
I don't think this would hurt in fact I think the time off and away would be a great way of shifting activity to the left frontal lobe of my brain. Thus making me calmer, happier and even more positive than before.
