Was feeling rather anxious after lunch and no cigs around so I ate up a whole chocolate bar to calm me down and it fuckin worked!! Am I turning into a chick or what?? Im not going to be suprised if by tomorrow I wake up and during my morning pee dont find my balls anymore, daaamn.

get your sugar levels check. do eat not eat for a long time before feeling anxious?

I know what you are talking about but this time was right after lunch. I think the flu is hitting me hard, tried to work out yesterday now Im feeling all my body sore (but not from the training), throat is sore too. On top of that lots of stress from work and its been a rainy day, an oh had also an argument with my dear mom on the phone   :-\
