I don't know about you fellas but I go to the gym to train. These people join a gym to shower, use a sauna, shave, brush their teeth, etc. Fucking ridiculous. These idiots should quit and stay home and enjoy the company of their grand children. Not trying to be 25 again. Case closed. |

Ok, another pet peeve.
Guys trying to max out on bench and have three spotters.
One to take the bar off the rack, and two on the sides, and then all three assist the lift and the guy gets off the bench pounds his chest like he did a huge lift.
Fact: if you need three guys to do a life - its too fucking heavy!
