Arnold Schwarzenegger - 40 years ago !

This picture was taken in 1971, hard to believe its been 40 years ! one of my more inspiring BB pic, and Arnold claims to this day that was his best year. and that his calves were over 20 inches in that year alone.....   This was before his Knee injury so at 24, he was squating decent weight...

He had the Marvel superhero look, Athletic thighs and Huge calves.

His calves were out of this wolrd in 71, and arms too .....Would be cool to see more Arnold's pics from that year !

I would imagine it's hard for him at times to believe it was that long ago also.


These days he is probably thinking more about all the times he spent with Maria and what his future might look like.

is it a coincidence he wanted to get involved in politics and married a kennedy/shriver?

I wish I could say the same b/c I really don't "do love" either. Kids are grown and I have two dogs.

pretty sure he cares for his wife and loves his kids

but obviously maria was a stepping stone. I believe if he hadnt yet achieved all his goals (especiallly governor) that he'd be less keen to separate, and try resolve things.
