Just because I disparage and berate someone does not mean that I would choose the opportunity to forego it in person. I will be making a few cakes in the upcoming days. Two days ago I made Korean Fried Chicken in my Dutch Oven, Garlic Smashed Potatoes and Glazed Carrots. I actually did not care for the Korean Fried Chicken and think it is not even worthy of being eaten again. This of course because American Fried Chicken in its many forms is SOOOOOOOOOOO much better. Korean food is boring and I have made a fair share of it. Once again, Asians are epic fail when compared to Americans.

I also made some Chocolate Chip Cookies where the secret is to use less egg whites and more yolks and you brown the butter first in order to get a deep butterscotch/caramel note to the cookie. There is no better recipe and no better cookie to be made for that is it.

Honestly, I can't say I would absolutely not want to meet in real life. Alot of interesting characters here, of course there are some that I would prefer to meet before others, but overall.......
