I have not heard him recommending any outlandish dosages. Trust me on this, his cycles are not out of line with what recreational users are doing all over the boards. Higher doses come with experience.
I have seen some stupid shit in my time- a kid on elite way back when frontloaded EQ and shot something like 2grams of it at once. Ended up in the hospital with blood as thick as mayonaise.
Knew a guy who went by E2 and the tren dosages he fucked around with were legendary- several hundred mgs ED. He also messed around with several grams of deca a week at one point.
Some russian kid on elite tried 150mgs dbol ed for a cycle. Had bad nose bleeds and back pumps, but loved it.
My buddy fukkenshredded used to run 150mgs winny 150mgs var ED to get ripped ultra fast.
Just saying, the high dose guys are out there, and they swear by ultra high doses, and what GH15 says is NOT ultra high dose.
He also does not say you HAVE to be on drugs, he never did. He simply pointed out bodybuilders love to juice and will sit around the house all day when they aren't "on". I would say that is fairly accurate.
I am fairly critical of what people say and I have an excellent memory. If GH15 was bad news, I would flat out call him on it. I don't much care for masteron, and I have made my feelings heard as much for example.
I like the guy and he tells it like it is. Things other people will usually not talk about. You ever hear Roelly or Jay come on here and talk steroid use? No way! And he is interesting to boot.
Supps are an OK aid here and there. Prohormones are crap I agree with you. The reason they are on the shelf- they were failed steroids! Why do you think chemists shelved them in the first place?
Prohormones are CRAP.
Protein powders- are ok, at best. All you need is food and BCAA's. Protein powders are IMO only to be used as a last resort.
Thermo's are good- primatene and coffee baby! All you need IMO.
Any other money should be spent on food.

I think a lot of you guys get me wrong and don't really understand my views are pretty close to what you laid out in the above post.
1. Obviously, drugs work and the top bodybuilders are on plenty of them. Guys like you and GH15 post some interesting, practical drug info.
2. BUT, I honestly feel that the avg gym rat can still make some decent gains without drugs.
A good basic program in the gym, combined with plenty of good food will yield results that most will be happy with.
3. You are 100% correct that good pre workout thermogenic is the most effective supplement to buy.
Whey pro and creatine, etc can fill in some needed gaps missed by my many in their daily diet.
