It'll only get worse, my man. Believe me...
Hoe oud ben je?
Young enough to kick your ass but old enough not to bother..
4 years ago I dropped 80 pounds.I am currently in my 2nd week of taking off the 50 I gained back. So far so good. A calorie is a calorie.
Granted, I am not trying to kill myself on my current diet (what's the point? no competition or anything) but it did used to go faster...oh well.Might I ask how old you are?
Seriously, 5 or 6 years ago...it just seemed easier...I guess age is setting in....Anyone else noticed this?
actualy i find it easier in a way,,,, settled down, so no more chasing fanny, and all the distractions that come with it, much easier to eat your plain boring food
Really for me it is easier, when i was young i was always holding water and had alot of babyfat.now i am 31, and seem to have more quality.it is just that your body is now fully grown, when you are 22 /23 you can still grow a bit.the metabolism is a bit slower, i actualy like this... I do not have to overeat to gain weight.you do not need the same food as you did when in you early twenties.eat a litlle less, less carbs...a lot of people just eat to much.
Have you been in shape in your 20s??Thought so.
Have you been Were in shape in your 20s??Thought so.
Seriously, if you actually spent some time outside of your bumblefuck town in the mountains of Austria, you might have known that, Herr Bauer.
So "Were in shape in your 20s??" is a correct, english sentence? Brutal self-pwning
To get back to the point, I was at various points in time in shape and dieting was easier back then.
