I'd like to do more but not sure how I could properly break into the industry...without knowing anyone.

I only started doing it because literally hundreds of people told me to do it, so I did.

Just make a Youtube Video each day where you read a Poem, the news, lyrics to a song, famous speeches, whatever.  Keep uploading them, build a body of work with it and that will be your resume`.  That should suffice.

As I said, keep doing it over and over and upload them on Youtube.  Rockstar Games always advertises their casting calls for voice on their website as do most Game companies.  Once you have all your Youtube videos made, just email them with your link.  You will get in easily if you keep at it long enough and are persistent almost to the point of annoyance.

That's not bad for a first attempt, esp. given you've had no professional training. Adonis' tip sounds pretty good. You should really look into it.

I don't have a digital camera right now so these were taken with me in front of my lap top 10 minutes ago; started a diet 2 weeks ago, going ok so far....I think as long as I don't push myself to extremes diet-wise I will be able to stick to it all summer...

Yep.  I believe it's very possible.  Think about what Adonis said here but maybe keep whatever it is somewhat neutral, so as to not offend any potential employers.

You could do some movie trailers or something for us...we could critique!

I respect the fact that you like ME2.

Why not ME 1? I personally felt they rushed the story line of ME2. I didn't like how every quest to pick up a new character mirrored each other. It was too repetitive.
