Morganelli detailed the planning and time that went into the killings, including Ballard purchasing one of the murder weapons and taking a 40-minute bus trip to Northampton."I'm not saying alcohol will make you do wrong when you should do right," Fruncillo said. "He could have gone there and changed his mind, but with the alcohol he was less likely to change his mind."Morganelli contended alcohol has different effects on people; some can be more aggressive when drunk while others can be "happy drunks," he said.

Most likely rage in the fact that he was drunk, using another drug to treat impotence, and mentally imbalanced. But then again, blame it on everything with supplements in it to cause this guy to kill again.
They probably all deserved it, it was Allentown after all.
