old = 15-18% lots of skin

on the left one he is less than 8 but this position that pic taken ,,just too much muscle and density and the infamoud vein going from the delt into the chest...moment you see those veins with no effort you are very low bodyfat 6-7% ,,just water and low bodyfat

I'm definately sitting @ sub-8 at the moment, but I'm flat and stringy

But come end of July/August, I'll be still sitting @ sub-8, but will be bigger and fuller FACT P.S. This twink contest is just a "primer" for me, as the "real me" will be revaled at the end of July/August

Why do people care about percent body fat? It is impossible to measure accurately anyway.

5% dry ,,no water between skin and muscle...thats the only diff between this picture and the other..1-2% of bodyfat and no water

Even at that %, you don't see striations in his delt. Is that genetics, or do you need a lower bf%?
