You are holding a lot of water. Drop the water, then take some pics.
The abs and low back fat are what will determine where you are at, not your upper back.
There are so many ways a natural bodybuilder can drop water, but it would be difficult to determine unless we knew what your diet looks like now. Most people would suggest dumping carbs, salt and drinking more water, but you could lose a lot of size and end up looking worse.
