Your take on my cyle

Here are a couple of my pictures. My goal is to cut fat and keep the muscle.

I hold a lot of water, that's why I decided to run this cycle:

  - Testovis Propionate 400 mg/week (Week 1 -12)
  - Proviron (75 mg/day) (Week 1-3)
  - Trenbolone Acetate (250 mg/week) (Week 4 -12)
  - Arimidex 0,25 mg/day (Week 4 -12)
  - Pregnyl HCG 250 i.u. every 5th day, (Week 4-12)

Your opinions or input would be appreciated.

Your cycle looks fine, you should get some decent gains of off it.
TEST+DECA+DBOL=BIG

I forgot to add, I'm about 200 lbs (90 kg) and I'm 5 ft 9 tall (180 cm). What do you think my body fat level are?

You are looking low but there is water on you
i wonder where does it come from? as you don't use any test right now...
what's your carb intake?

im not saying the above bloke is fat, he's in ok gym shape... but theres alot on here trying to pass off fat as water...


if you cant see all your abbs, if u sit forward and get a little pot belly, tilt to the side and get a soft bump on your obliques etc etc your fat in my book, and its not water, water just softens you and blurs the lines, doesnt totaly smother them

I never wanted to say I'm holding a lot of water and no fat. I want to cut my fat down, so I decided to take this gear for my cycle. If I would use Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate or Sustanon I would hold a lot of extra water and I don't want that. If I decide to go on a cycle I don't want to look like a baloon and have a puffy head :).

I actualy started 2day. I'm still waiting for more opinions. There was also a question about my carb intake. I'll calculate carbs 2gether, but lately I eat only fruit for my source of carbs. Occasionaly rice. It's been a little over 2 weeks or maybe 3 weeks that I don't drink protein shakes anymore. I eat meat (chicken, turkey, veal, ...), eggs and fish for my source of protein.

I started doing more cardio. And I have to get my diet right. Once again I would appreciate all opinions.

when do you consime the fruit for carbs? and roughly what are you eating for fats and protein per day?

The cycle is gtg like said above, no tweeks on that..like you said, get the diet down and youll be in great shape when all said and done. do some cardio and bust ass in gym
