Fox won the Mr. World that year, he wasn't a IFBB fella, instead he did Nabba and AAU shows. Didn't move to the IFBB till the 1980's or so. 1983 was his firt Olympia, I think.

Crazy big, thick & strong but he suffered badly from muscle dysmorphia. One of the best, his peak condition was amazing and easily good enough to be Mr. O over Bannout IMO
