How is it legal or ethical for the reporter to refer to the parties involved as "victims"? Did no one else catch that?

The teacher is not even being brought up on rape charges - BECAUSE THE GUYS BANGING HER WERE ALL OVER 18!!!!! It's a teacher misconduct case.

although i think no one should be considered an adult for anything until they're 21 i have to agree that this shouldn't be a crime, esp. not a felony.

and before everyone gets on the husband's case i will point out that the story didn't mention whether or not the couple had been separated.  they seem to leave stuff like that out all the time.

The Texas law makes it a felony for teachers to get their freak on with high school students, REGARDLESS of those students' age. Most students in high school are under 18. It's not as if this teacher didn't know the drill (pardon the pun).
