It was awesome! Training with Shawn Ray and my IFBB Pro buddies, teaching the people the proper form on every exercises, seminar after...and I talked on the phone with Mr. Olympia Samir Bannout... What else...? Dave Bautista invited me to check out his new MMA gym tonight. What can I say? Wow! Great day!

Whatever you need about bodybuilding. We did 2 hours of training, lunch then a 2 hour seminar.
