i have been jumping rope for 60 jumps, then going right to a 44 pound kettle bell, doing one arm snatchs from the floor to a press, for 8 reps each side. resting two minutes then doing another set, 60 jumps then 12 bell swings, (both hands on the bell, swinging between the legs to about head high.)
today i did 8 total sets. kicked my ass
